We commissioned 5D to do a Usage and Attitude Study for [ORGANISATION].  The study was very well done, and utilised a briefing process which was innovative and ensured all the key information was captured.

The study was extensive and comprehensive, and the team at 5D did an excellent job in running the project, analysing the findings and distilling and interpreting the information.  The total study was split into manageable sections due to the overall magnitude which made it easier to interpret and reference.

The team has continued to reference the study and use it as a source for key consumer U&A findings.
